Our team of experienced staff are waiting to help you with route, timetable and fare information. Call us 09 366 6400 or 0800 10 30 80 if you're within the Auckland areas but outside the Auckland free calling area - e.g. Hibiscus Coast, Pukekohe/Waiuku area etc.
The Call Centre is open from 6am - 9pm Monday to Friday, 7am to 8pm Saturday and 8am - 6:30pm Sunday and public holidays.
All the public transport information you need, with friendly staff available to answer any questions you have. Call in at the kiosk located on the ground floor of Britomart Transport Centre, Lower Queen Street.
Should you wish to make an enquiry about Auckland's public transport, or make a suggestion or complaint you are welcome to fill in our Feedback Form.
For problems with railway crossings (i.e. barrier arms, bells or lights at crossings not working correctly), please call KiwiRail directly on 0800 808 400.
If you have lost an item on a public transport service, you will need to contact the transport operator of the service you caught directly. To view the contact details for the individual transport operators, click here. If you find something on a bus, train, or ferry, hand it to the driver, conductor or crew member as soon as possible.
No timetable at your stop: If the timetable has been removed from your bus stop, train station or ferry terminal, and the timetable case is still there, let us know and we will request the Auckland Transport (AT) to replace it. You can call us on 09 366 6400 or contact us via the feedback form us to let us know.
Damage or graffiti at your stop: If the timetable case at the bus shelter has been damaged, or if the bus stop has been vandalised with graffiti, then you need to contact Auckland Transport to have it replaced, or the graffiti removed. For any damage at train stations, please contact our train station maintenance team directly on (09) 336 8194.
