How to order timetables, guides and cycle maps

For all journey enquiries, please use the MAXX Journey Planner or call the MAXX Contact Centre on (09) 366 6400.

For all timetable orders, including guides and cycle maps, please send your request to timetables@maxx.co.nz

Please ensure you provide the following:

• Postal address
• Contact phone number
• The route number or the name of the timetable(s), guides or cycle maps you are interested in receiving.
• The quantity required
