As part of improving Auckland's public transport network, Auckland Transport regularly carries out reviews to identify ways to make public transport simpler to understand and access, so that more people are encouraged to use bus, train and ferry services in the future.
Consultation with affected public transport users and communities is an important part of any service reviews we undertake, and your feedback on any proposed changes is extremely valuable.
While a mix of consultation methods may be used depending on the nature of the project, you will always be able to find information and online feedback forms for the various consultations underway on this page of the MAXX website.
A summary report outlining the common themes and any changes made as a result of the consultation will also be posted on this page, generally within one month of consultation closing.
