Auckland Transport is aware that, as is the case whenever bus
services are changed, some existing customers will be disadvantaged
by the changes. The overall objective of these changes is to
simplify the route network so that services are improved for the
majority and so that they are easier for new users to understand in
the future. However, some people may not be able to make
their particular journey by bus as easily as they can now. There
may be other options, for example walking further at one end of the
journey or taking the train or an alternative bus route.
Auckland Transport apologises if any inconvenience is caused to
some existing customers as a result of these changes.
