There are a number of places for you to purchase your ferry ticket depending on your ferry operator or destinaton.
For ferry services operated by Fullers Auckland (except Waiheke Island) you can buy your ticket from the Downtown Ferry Terminal, whether you are travelling to or from this destination. You can also buy tickets at the Fullers' Devonport ticket office.
For Waiheke Island services you need to purchase tickets at the Downtown or Waiheke ferry terminals.
Tickets are to be presented as you board the ferry.
Outside ticket office hours you will be able to buy most ticket types on board.
Tickets for the Gulf Harbour Ferry can be purchased on the ferry or from the Downtown Pier 3 ticket office.
Tickets for the Pine Harbour Ferry can be purchased on the ferry or from the Pine Harbour marina.
Tickets for the West Harbour Ferry can only be bought on the ferry.
